Production Times & Sample Delivery
Production of all orders will begin after LogoHQ has all approval of your Order, Artwork, In-hands dates and specific shipping information. Credit approval is also confirmed prior to production. LogoHQ has an average production time of 7-10 business days after all approvals, however we also offer 2, 5, & 7 day ship services. Custom Overseas Cap orders are offered in 3-4 week and 12-14 week programs.
Promotional Product & Apparel Samples are ordered and typically drop shipped from manufacturers within one to two working days of an order being placed. Customers needing samples by a certain date should specify that date while ordering so that we can accommodate your specific in hands date.
Screen Printed & Embroidered Garments
Standard Production time on all orders is two to three weeks from ordering. However, there are many variables involved that could speed the time up or slow it down including supplier delivery time, artwork approval length, pre-production approval length, and how busy our production schedule is at any point.
Customers are encouraged to reply quickly in order to keep orders, artwork, and pre-production approvals or revisions moving as quickly as possible. Please be as accurate as possible while communicating order/artwork details.
All customers requiring orders by a certain date must add a deadline in-hands date to an order to ensure that we meet that date.
Custom Caps
Productions times take longer simply because of the nature of custom cap programs, and vary based on brand, pre-production approval, shipping methods, and time of year.
